"Arthroscopic debridement and reshaping of the hip joint to eliminate FAI and prevent early-onset arthritis."
Anatomical Pathology
FAI occurs when the ball and socket of the hip do not fit together perfectly, causing bone-on-bone friction. Our program utilizes 'Dynamic Dynamic Mapping' to identify the exact bone morphology causing the block and arthroscopically removes the excess bone (Cam or Pincer) to restore native range of motion.

Will I need a hip replacement later?
By correcting FAI early, we significantly reduce the risk of early-onset osteoarthritis, potentially avoiding hip replacement entirely.
